  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for your peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
